389例腹腔镜胆囊切除术预防使用抗菌药物的情况分析

Analysis of the prophylactic use of antimicrobials for 389 patients with gallbladder resection by laparoscope

目的了解彭州市人民医院腹腔镜胆囊切除术预防使用抗菌药物的情况。方法抽取2002年6月至2003年12月腹腔镜胆囊切除术的出院病历389份,对使用抗菌药物数据进行统计分析。结果抗菌药物使用率为100%,品种使用合格率66.3%,用法不合格率66.07%,主要表现为用药时机不当,使用时间长,联合用药时重复用药等。结论本院腹腔镜胆囊切除术预防使用抗菌药物存在一些不合理现象,应按围手术期给药方案进行,亟需加强规范化使用抗生素。

Objective: To analyse the prophylactic use of antimicrobials for the patients with gallbladder resection by laparoscope. Methods: Three hundred and eighty nine surgical cases of gallbladder resection by laparoscope in Pengzhou People's Hospital during June 2002 to December 2003 were selected. A statistical analysis of use of antimicrobials was conducted. Results: The use rate of the prophylactic antimicrobials was 100%. The rational use of antimicrobials was 66 3% and the irrational use of antimicrobials was 66.07%. The main manifestations of irrational use were too long for continuous use, the incorrect time of use of antimicrobials and repeated drug use during combined use with other drugs. Conclusion: Prophylactic use of antimicrobials for the patients with gallbladder resection should follow the medication regimen. It is very important to strengthen standardized administration of prophylactic antimicrobials drugs. [
