摘要
从城市居住小区的区位出发,采用常规的建立数学模型与地理信息系统软件Surfer7.0相结合的方法,以大连市为例,分析了较具代表性的52个居住小区所在位置的区位条件及空间分异,并预测大连市居住小区空间布局的发展趋势,试图找到兴建居住区的最佳位置。实践证明,利用Surfer7.0分析城市居住小区区位条件,方法运用合理,分析效果较好。
Take Dalian as an example, this article has introduced routine mathematic mode and Geography Information System——Surfer7.0 from the location of residential districts, analyzed the location conditions and special differntiation of locational gene of 52 representative residential districts, and forecasted the developing trend of Dalian's residential districts'spacial layout, and attempted to find the best location for building residential district. Practice prove that it is a good way by using Surfer7.0 to analyze the location conditions of residential districts. The analytic way is in reason, and effect is preferable.
