摘要
以包封率为依据 ,采用薄膜分散法制备疫苗脂质体 ,以Lowry检测法测定包封率。结果制备得到包封率高于 84%的疫苗脂质体。制备过程中冻融处理、磷脂用量对疫苗脂质体包封率影响较大 ,该实验筛选得到的配方能制备得到较高包封率的疫苗脂质体。
Objective: To prepare the liposome enveloping deactivated virus. To gain the best formulation with the envelope ratio as the index, which will establish the basis for preparing virus liposome for oral/ injectable administration. Method: Vaccine liposome is prepared by film dispersion method and the Lowry method is used to detect the envelope ratio. Results : The vaccine liposome, the envelope ratio of which is higher than 80%, is obtained. Conclusion: The envelope ratio is affected by the frozen-fusion and the amount of phospholipid, the vaccine liposome, which was prepared, has high envelope ratio.
