摘要 原油粘度高、回采水率低是制约曙光油田超稠油油藏开发的主要问题。为了改善周期蒸汽吞吐效果,优选了化学助排增油剂,并对其洗油性、乳化性、耐温性和配伍性等进行室内试验评价。该助排剂82井次的现场应用表明,措施成功率100%,累计增油3.1441×104t,平均周期生产时间延长37.3d,周期回采水率增加了31.6%,改善了曙光油田超稠油油藏的开发效果。 High viscosity of crude oil and low water recovery rate are the major problems in the extra heavy oil reservoir exploitation in Shuguang Oilfiled. A chemical cleanup additive is chosen and experimentally studied on its properties including washing oil, emulsification, temperature resistance and compatibility so as to improve the efficiency of steam soaking. Field test results of 82 times show that good application results have been achieved. The chemical cleanup additive can increase production, producing time and water recovery ratio per period of steam soak in the extra heavy oil reservoir. The Chemical cleanup additive proves to improve the exploitation efficiency of extra heavy oil reservoirs in Shuguang Oilfiled.
