摘要
简要介绍了油井水泥干混技术的产生及国内外的发展状况,对干混的基本原理作了说明,分析了国内水泥干混装置的除尘系统、计量罐计量可靠性、气化床的检修、控制系统、排空系统等存在的主要问题,提出了解决问题的技术方案:采用复合式除尘、采用计算机控制系统、时气化床的活动式改造、物料计量全部采用电子称、灰罐排空观察镜的设计、车载混拌系统设计等,并对干混系统的应用和发展前景进行了展望。
This paper presents briefly the Sino-foreign history of oil well cement dry blending technology, its basic pattern and principle. The main problems including dust removing, measuring reliability, pneumatic bed, controlling pattern and emptying system are analyzed. The article also introduces the technical considerations to solve the above-mentioned problems: multiple type dust removing, computerized control panel, movable pneumatic bed, utilization of electronic balance, design of emptying Inspection hole and truck mounted system. The prospect of the technology is also predicted.
