浅议日本战后农地改革——兼评《日本社会历史转型期的土地问题研究》

Postwar Land Reform of Japan ——Comment on the book Land Institution Reform in Historic Transitional Era of Japan's Society

战后日本农地改革在日本土地制度发展史上是划时代的重大变革,更是使战后日本社会发生重大转型的关键性变革。在日本战后农地改革法的出台、制定和实施过程中,地主阶级逐渐淡出历史舞台,宣告了日本地主土地所有制的终结。同时,由于农地改革是日本政府自上而下推行的,特别是通过GHQ的强制命令实现的,因此,战后农地改革也存在某些问题和不足。

The postwar Land Reform of Japan played an important role in the land institution history, which signed the coming of a new land insrirurion era.It was also a key factor which promoted Japan's society to transform greatly.During the oricess of itsemergence, foemulation and exercise, the landlird class——the pillar of Meiji Regime——disappeared from the historic stage gradually. Many peasants came into being after the Land Reform,which put a termination to the landlord's land possession. In the meanwhile,it had some problems and shortcomings because it was executed forcedly by the government,especially by the GHO,which had an absolute right for Japan's postwar government.
