摘要
产业组织理论是研究产业内企业间竞争与垄断关系的理论。针对“马歇尔冲突” ,克拉克“有效竞争”的提出似乎可以解决竞争与垄断间的矛盾 ,但如何实现有效竞争又成为产业组织理论研究的新领域 ,这也促使产业组织理论获得了更广泛的发展。
The theory of industrial organization is about the competitive and monopolistic relation among enterprises in industry. Aiming at Marshall's Dilemma, effective competition should be used to solve the contradiction between competition and monopoly, but how realize the effective competition has become the new research area of the theory of industrial organization. Nevertheless, it promotes the development of the theory of industrial organization.
