摘要
农村城市化对于农民增收、解决农村人口出路问题具有重要的战略意义。城市化发展滞后对我国农业和农村经济发展产生了许多负面影响。推进农村城市化既有动力也有阻力。在新形势下,解决这些问题需要有新观念新举措。
It has vital strategic meaning to urbanize the country for increasing the income of peasants and resolving the outlet of rural population. The lag of urbanization has brought negative effect on the development of country economy and agriculture of our nation. There are not only dynamics but resistance as well in the process of country urbanization. Under new situation, new options and actions are needed to resolve these problems.
