摘要
目的 对安徽省疾病预防控制中心 (CDC)人力资源现状进行分析 ,为合理配置、引进与培养人才提供依据。方法 收集整理安徽省CDC职工个人资料 ,采用Excel软件分析。结果 安徽省CDC现有在职职工 2 5 7人。其中技术人员占 82 .1% ,本科及以上学历占 4 0 .8% ;硕士以上学历的比例与有关省市级疾控机构相比偏低 ;高级技术职称的比例占 2 4 .5 % ,在全国同类级别的疾控机构中处于较高水平 ;中层以上管理人员高学历的比例较高 ;重点相关学科人力资源优势不明显。结论 本中心人才结构基本合理 ,但需注重高学历人才引进与培养 ,加强重点学科人才资源配置。
Objective To provide evidences for disposing, introducing and training personnel rationally through manpower resources analysis. Method The personal data in detail provided by personnel division of Anhui CDC were analyzed with Excel ware. Results There were 257 staff in total. Of them, 211 were professional technical personnel with a percentage 82.1%. 40.8% academic background was above bachelor. The percentage of staff with Master degree was lower than that of other provincial or municipal CDCs, but the percentage of staff with senior technical title was 24.5 percent, higher than average national level. Administrators at center level and intermediate level in the unit had higher academic degree and technical title. However, there were not any obvious advantages in major disciplines. Conclusions The structure of personnel was primarily reasonable in Anhui CDC, but personnel with advanced educational background and personnel cultivation should be paid attention to. Meanwhile, we suggest to improve configuration of manpower resources in the key subjects.
