摘要
以不同的抗虫性背景的陆地棉抗虫品种及常规棉品种 (品系 )作为亲本 ,按照不完全双列杂交 (NCII)试验设计 ,配制杂交组合 ,将亲本材料和 F1代杂交种子进行比较试验 ,结果为 :所有的抗虫杂交组合均表现为高抗或抗 ,单价、双价转基因亲本及其杂交组合表现为高抗 ,非转基因棉及形态抗虫棉亲本及其后代抗虫性较差。
The upland varieties with different insect-resistant backgrounds were matched with the common cotton varieties following the way of North CarolinaⅡ(NCⅡ), and then the resistivity of the F 1s and their parents were tested. The results showed that all the hybrid combinations with the resistant parents were resistant or strongly resistant, of which, the insect-resistant transgenic lines and their combinations with both the single and double resistant gene showed strongly resistant resistant, while the non-transgenic lines and shape-resistant lines and their filial generations showed weaker insect resistance.
