国外企业培训效果评估方法的比较分析 被引量:21

摘要 许多企业对员工培训后 ,忽视培训后的评估或评估方法单一 ,导致在培训上的巨大投入没有得到预期的回报。文章通过对国外企业培训效果评估方法的归纳整合、比较分析 ,希望能够对企业选择适合自己的评估方法有所借鉴。
