摘要
《法律逻辑学》课程作为开放教育本科试点专业的选修课,具有教师导学难度大、学生学习难度更大两个显著特点,必须针对其特殊性和高难度,在微观教学上选择以面授教学为主、网络教学为辅,教师导学为主、学生个别化自主学习为辅,学生独立完成作业为主、教师提供参考答案为辅的教学模式。教师必须对教学资源进行全面了解、科学整合与合理设计,以教学执行方案、教学辅导、作业参考答案为主的文本资源,供学生根据自己的知识基础、学习兴趣、学习时间、学习条件等具体情况,自由自主地进行个性化选择和应用。
The course of logic of law,as an elective course of specialities of experimental unit,is difficult for teachers to instruct,also difficult for students to learn.In the light of its special characteristic and high difficulty,we take in-class instruction as the main method,network teaching as the subsidiary;teachers'instruction as the main,individual self-regulated learning of students as the subsidiary;students finishing independently assignment as the main,teachers giving referential answers as the subsidiary.Teachers should understand teaching resources in an all-round way,arrange them scientifically and design them reasonably,and provide students with teaching plans,teaching instruction and referential answers.Thus students can choose and employ them according to their own knowledge base,learning interests,learning time and learning conditions.
