摘要
从现实处境出发,指出了中国基金公司在治理结构方面的缺陷与不足,对比分析了公司型和契约型基金公司治理结构的优缺点,提出了应如何改进当前基金公司治理结构的主张。
The paper examined the defect in the management construction of fund company, as well as the advantage and disadvantage of management construction in the corporate and contractual fund company. Some improvement measurements were given.
