摘要
在研究需求层次理论的基础上,提出从外在动机转化为内在动机、从基本需求提升到成长需求、从需求满足发展到价值追求三个关键,认为学习可以满足学生的基本需求和成长需求,并对学生的人生观、价值观的形成有所助益。还提出了实际教学中培养学生学习动机的具体策略。
Based on the research of demand level theory, the paper presented three key points: Changing external motivation to internal one; Enhancing basic need to growth need; Changing from satisfying needs to seek value. The conclusion is that study could meet students' basic and growth needs, and beneficial to shape their outlook on life and values. Some strategies to promote students' motivation were also presented.
