摘要
采用以人工磨擦接种鉴定为主、鉴定圃中田间自然诱发鉴定为辅的鉴定方法,对来源于吉林省的36个大豆新品种(系),进行了抗大豆花叶病毒病鉴定。鉴定结果表明:在混合株系的鉴定中表现中抗以上的品种占58 3%;网室内分株系鉴定,对1号株系表现中抗以上的占30 6%,对2号株系表现中抗以上的占30 6%,对3号株系表现中抗以上的占41 7%;鉴定圃田间自然诱发鉴定中表现中抗以上的占94 4%。公交97132-8、白交9403-9、公野5056、9757-33,这4个品种(系)在3项抗性鉴定中表现较强抗性,其中公交97132-8抗性表现最好。
The resistance of 36 new soybean varieties(lines) from Jilin province to SMV were identified in 2003. Both methods of the artifical inoculation and the natural inducement in field were adopted.In the identifiction of artifical inoculation, 58.3% soybean varieties to the mixed strains of SMV were resistant; 30.6% soybean varieties to the strain of SMVⅠ, 30.6% to SMVⅡ and 41.7% to SMVⅢ were resistant. 94.4% soybean varieties were resistant in the identification of natural inducement in field. The four soybean varieties of gongjiao 97132-8,baijiao 9403-9,gongye 5056 and 9757-33 have higher level resistance to SMV in all the identification, and the gongjiao 97132-8 is the best.
