Assessment and Analysis on the Capacity of Region Technical Innovation in China during Transitional Phase

在阐述转型时期中国区域技术创新特点的基础上,构建了转型时期区域技术创新能力评价指标体系。利用主要成分加权分析法对中国各区域技术创新能力的4个侧面及总体进行了评价,着重分析了影响区域技术创新能力提升的主要综合因素,以为提高区域技术创新能力的适用途径提供借鉴。

Expounded the characteristics of region technicl innovation in China during transitional phase,the assessed indexes system is established.The four aspects and total abilties have also been evaluated by FWM.Furthermore,the comprehensive factors affecting them emphatically have been analyzed.The approach is to provide some suggestions on impoving technical innovation ability.
