分析了供应链企业间冲突的内涵、特性和分类,揭示了供应链企业冲突产生的诱因,并对供应链企业间冲突的二重性进行了剖析。供应链企业间的冲突是客观存在、不可回避的,适度的冲突有利于供应链的生存与发展。供应链企业应了解冲突产生的诱因,从而诱发积极性冲突、抑制消极性冲突,提高供应链的整体效率与效益。

This paper discourses the essence 、 characteristic and classification of supply chain enterprises.It dis-covers the factors causing the conflicts.In addition,the twofold characteristics of the conflict is analyzed in this paper.Since the conflicts are inevitable and some moderate conflicts are beneficial,the enterprises should learn what caused the conflicts so that they can promote the positive conflicts and depress the negative ones.Only in this way can the whole supply chain operate well.
