摘要
根据高新技术产业发展统计资料,论述了人才积聚与高新技术产业化发展的关系,就湖北高新技术产业及人才方面存在问题进行了分析;提出了以建立按职业分层、以能力绩效为分配基础的薪酬体系及人力资本产权制度为核心的相应对策措施。
This paper firstly discusses the relationship between talents accumulation and the development of hi-tech based on the development statistics data of high technology industry,then analyses the problems in the de - velopment of high technology and talents,finally presents the strategy and method that we should design and implement compensation system based on stratification according to career and rewards according to perfor mance&ability.
