摘要 通过研究糖尿病病人以及糖尿病病人冠心病的心肌能量代谢 ,揭示了脂肪酸氧化增加和葡萄糖氧化降低是糖尿病病人冠心病的心肌能量代谢障碍的主要原因 ,抑制脂肪酸氧化 ,刺激或增加葡萄糖氧化 。 To study the myocardial energy metabolism in pure diabetes mellitus and in coronary heart disease with diabetes mellitus.Result indicated that the fatty acid oxidation enhances and glucose oxidation lessens,witch is the major cause of dysfunction in myocardial metabolism in coronary heart disease with diabetes mellitus.Inhabiting fatty acid oxidation ,stimulating or enhancing glucose oxidation ,could ameliorate the myocardial metabolism in coronary heart disease with diabetes mellitus.
