Unfavorable factors influencing health education in hospitals and its countermeasures

影响医院健康教育的不利因素 ,包括护理观念滞后 ,护理人员编制不足 ,健康教育形式、方法、技巧运用不当 ,护士素质偏低 ,护患关系欠佳。提出应通过转变护理观念、提高护士整体素质、改善教育方法及技巧、积极争取领导支持、加强管理来消除不利因素 。

this article analyzed the unfavorable factors influenced health education inside hospitals which including lagged nursing conception, short of nursing staff posts, inappropriate mode, way, and skill of health education, poor quality of nurses, and poor nurse-patient relation. It suggested that one should avoid those unfavorable factors to make health education inside hospitals be developed considerably by changing nursing conceptions, enhancing whole quality of nursing staff, improving teaching methods and skills, trying for the supports of government officials, and strengthening hospital management.
