摘要
在知识经济条件下,合理的薪酬激励模式的设计,对于激发员工的积极性与主动性,稳定和吸引优秀人才至关重要。对企业的生存和发展至关重要。应对我国企业采取的现有薪酬激励模式进行改造、重构和创新,以适应知识经济时代的需要。
There are defect and lack in the compensation prompting model which adopted by our enterprises now. We must use western countries' mature experience of compensation prompting for reference and reconstruct, reconfiguration and innovate so as to adapt the demand of knowledge economy time.
