On Tactics for Preventing the Loss of State Assets

本文通过分析和探讨国有企业资产重组与产权交易,剖析国有资产流失的成因和治理对策,以期促使在国企改革中规范的组建公司制企业与企业集团,科学的控制企业兼并与收购,合理的运筹企业剥离与分立以及规范破产等;以解国有资产流失之“忧”。

Through the analysis and discussion of reorganized assets of state—owned enterprises and property right trading, this paper analyzed the cause and countermeasure of the loss state assets, hoping that it can help us to establish standard enterprise and syndication in the reform of state—owned enterprises, to control the enterprises to annex and purchase scientifically, to devise strategies for enterprises' peeling off, schism and bankruptcy rationally, and so relieving the trouble of state asset loss.
