摘要
饭店的资源激励机制是使持有个人信息的饭店资源提供者以饭店效益最大化为目标的制度安排。激励绩效的最大化要求饭店资源激励机制对激励主体、激励对象和激励资源本身进行系统安排,并对饭店激励资源实行系统配置。
Incentive mechanism on resource of hotel as an institutional arrangement enables the suppliers who hold the hotel resource of personal information to take the maximalization of hotel benefit as objective.The maximalization of incentive performance demands the incentive mechanism on hotel resource to carry out systematic arrangement on incentive subject,incentive object and incentive resource itself;and to realize system allocation of incentive resource of hotel.
