从分析我国中小企业产业结构现状及其相关立法的不足入手,对比发达国家中小企业的发展趋势和完善的相关立法,在此基础上提出促进我国中小企业产业结构调整的法律对策。

The present work begins with an analysis of the present state of industrial structure of small and medium enterprises as well as the inadequacy of related legislation in our country.By comparing with the trend of development of minor enterprises and the perfect related legislation in developed countries.The anthors make suggestion of legal measure for promoting industrial structural readjustment of small and medium enterprises in our country.
