The Study on Equipment of Installing the Anchoring Cartride Quickly

针对树脂锚杆支护操作过程中 ,锚固剂装入困难、不安全、易破损、速度慢、效率低等不利因素 ,研制了树脂锚固剂快速装入器 ;该装入器为一个带有纵缝的管状结构 ,使用时 ,先将锚固剂放入其中 ,然后将装入器插入锚杆孔内 ,最后用锚杆将其中药卷顶入锚杆孔 ,抽出装入器 ;该装入器的研制 ,方便了锚固剂的装入 ,减少了锚固剂的破损 ,提高了装入效率 ,成功地解决了原手工装入存在的弊端。

The resin roof supporting technique is mostly adopted in our coal mines. But during the construction,to install the anchoring cartridge is difficult, insecurity, slow and broken easily. In order to solve the problem successfully, a kind of equipment is developed that can install the anchoring cartridge quickly. It is a tube-like form and has vertical slot in it. When operating it, it can install the anchoring cartridge in the slot first, then put the equipment into the roof bolt hole, use the roof bolt to press the cartridge into the hole. The put it out and also can do some other jobs.
