在新庄孜矿三号主斜井带式输送机技改中 ,我们拆除了原 13部带式输送机 ,改建为一部带式输送机。新带式输送机提升垂高达 4 30m ,对于这部特别重载带式输送机 ,选择软起动至关重要 ,也是技改的难点。经多次论证 ,我们选用CST软起动。通过动力学分析 ,CST具有改善带式输送机性能等特点 ,特别适用于重载带式输送机。CST运行至今 ,没有出现过故障 ,带式输送机起、停平稳。

In the technical innovation of strap transportation machine in No.3 main oblique well of New Village Coal Mining, 13 old strap transportation machines have been changed into a new one. The new strap transportation machine could step up the height 430m. What is the most importance for this burden strap transportation machine is choose the soft start, and this point is also the difficulties in the technical innovation. After long argumentation, the method of CST soft start has been chosen. Through the analysis on dynamics, CST soft start could improve the capability of strap transportation machine, especially the over loading ones.
