ERECTION TECHNOLOGY OF CONCRETE-FILLED TUBULAR STEEL COLUMN IN HIGH-RISE BUILDING

摘要 在高层建筑钢管混凝土柱安装工艺中,采用自制卡盘锁具和传统吊线坠方法代替经纬仪和千斤顶,能取得更好的安装效果。钢管混凝土柱焊接的残余变形,主要是由对接焊缝冷却收缩引起的,难以准确控制,焊缝偏差大小及钢管混凝土柱壁厚是其主要影响因素,重点应做好焊接和焊接冷却过程的测控。 Using self-made clamping & locking apparatus and traditional method of plumb line to substitute theodolite and jack can achieve better effect in erecting concrete filled tubular steel column of high-rise building. It is difficult to control precisely the residual weld deformation of the column mainly caused by cooling contraction of butt welding seam, while seam deviation and wall thickness of the column are the major influential elements. And emphasis should be given to the measurement and control of the welding and its cooling process.
