摘要
在深入挖潜市民中心内涵和外延的基础上 ,对武汉南岸嘴设计的投标案例进行了分析与思考 ,指出南岸嘴市民中心规划设计应坚持高起点、高品位的原则 ,以产生积极深远的影响。
Based on digging citizens'central connotation & denotation deeply,it analyzes and thinks the bidding example of Nan'anzui design in Wuhan and points out that design of Nan'anzui Citizens'centre should insist on the principles of high starting-point and high savor so as to create positive and far-reaching influence.
