Experiment on Removal of Sulfuric Hydrogen in Low-temperature Methanol Tail Gas by Using Tannin Extract

介绍了我公司用 1套中试工艺装置 ,试验用栲胶法脱除“油改煤”工程项目中低温甲醇洗尾气中一定条件下的硫化氢 ,找出了最合理的工艺条件 ,为我公司“油改煤”工程项目中净化低温甲醇洗后尾气处理系统设计提供可靠依据 ,并为今后生产运行总结经验。

In the experiment, sulfuric hydrogen is separated from low-temperature methanol tail gas in the “oil-to-coal” project in our company by using tanin extract, in which most rational technical conditions are found and reliable foundation is provided for design of treatment system for tail gas from low-temperature methanol purge in “oil-to-coal” project.
