关于小学体育师资培养问题的探讨

A Study on Training of Physical Education Teachers in Primary Schools

当前 ,小学体育教育存在着体育师资力量薄弱的问题 .所谓“薄弱”有两层含义 ,一是人数不足 ,二是体育教师的教育观念和教育内容亟待更新 .本文从研究当前小学体育教育的环境出发 ,提出了小学师资培养应注意的问题 .

Currently, primary school P.E. is faced with personnel shortage. The meaning of “shortage' is two-fold, i.e. staff shortage plus the ideological deficiency on the part of P.E. teachers and curricular inadequacy. From the perspective of educational setting, this article raises a number of questions calling for attention.
