脱戊烷塔的瓶颈分析与扩能改造 被引量:2

摘要 采用DJ-2型塔板替换浮阀塔板,处理能力提高20%。对脱戊烷塔的运行工况进行分析,指出进料温度偏低造成该塔提馏段DJ塔板负荷过大,影响分离效果。在进料前设置预热器,适当提高进料温度,改善了分离效果,处理能力可再提高10%以上。 The capacity of the depetanizer was expanded by 20% after DJ - 2 trays were used to replace the valve trays. The operation of depetanizer was analyzed in the paper. It was demonstrated that due to the low temperature of the feed, the loads of the DJ trays in the stripping section of the column were higher than that of the design condition, resulting in low efficiency. A heat exchanger was used to heat the feed so that the efficiency can be improved. The capacity of the DJ trays was further improved by 10% .
