浅谈高校的人才培养观与体育教学改革

On Concept of Personnel Training & Reform of P.E in Institute of Higher Education

随着社会的发展和对人才质量的要求的提高 ,高校体育改革正在不断地深入和完善。新的教育观、人才观在逐步地建立 ,作为学校教育的高校体育是体育教育的最后阶段 ,具有与社会相衔接的问题。本文就高校的人才观与高校体育改革的相关问题进行了简单的论述和分析 ,并提出初步建议 ,旨在使我国高校体育改革适应现代社会和未来社会发展的需要。

With the development of society and acquirement to the intellectual quality , the physical education in colleges and universities is more and more thorough and perfect. The new ideas of education and intellectual have been steadily formed.But there exists a connection between society and physical education in institute of higer learning.This work, therefore, is to discuss the corresponding problems briefly,and to advocate some ideas whose aim is needed in the physical education of colleges and universities, in the development of society in the future.
