摘要
在建筑工程建设中,了解工程数量、工程造价的变化规律,实现对工程造价的预测,对建筑行业具有十分重要的意义。本系统在收集已建成的工程技术资料的基础上,通过对工程数量与工程造价的相互影响因素进行分析,找出了工程数量、工程造价的主要影响因素;最后,通过建立工程造价估测系统实现了对新建建筑工程造价的估测。
During construction of civil engineering it is required to understand the volume of the engineering the law of fluctuation of the cost of engineering so as to implement the forecast of the cost of engineering project having very important meanings for the course of structure construction. Based on the data of formation collected from the existing civil constructions a data management system for the cost of structure engineering has been established to implement the modernized management of the data information. The interacting factors between the volume of engineering and the cost of engineering are analyzed system and the main factors are obtained. Finally the evaluation system for the cost of engineering has been established to implement the forecast of the cost of engineering for the newly-built constructures.
