摘要
分析了化学聚合反应釜的动态特性,给出了两种建立反应过程温度数学模型的方法,即根据反应的动态特性和平衡方程进行机理建模,并根据系统开环实验获得的数据,利用最小二乘方法对模型进行辨识在SIMULINK中进行了仿真实验。
This paper analyzes the dynamic characteristics of polymeric reactor and gives out two methods of building mathematical model of temperature in the process of chemical reaction. That is to build mechanism model according to the dynamic characteristics and equipoise equation and based on the data acquired from experiment to perform system identification by application of least square method and to simulate the system in SIMULINK software.
