Coal Powder Preparation Distributed Control System Based On Fieldbus

本文采用组态化编程技术,设计了基于PROFIBUS现场总线的煤粉制备分布式控制系统,该系统综合了可编程控制器(PLC)、分散控制系统(DCS)和模糊控制算法的优势,使其在投产后运行稳定可靠,操作简单方便,提高了生产率和产品质量,同时对其他制备控制系统设计具有较强的现实指导意义。

In this paper, the coal powder preparation distributed control system based on PROFIBUS is designed with configuration programmable skill. This system which combines with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Distributed Control System (DCS) and fuzzy control runs credibly after putting into production. It operates easily and improves the productivity and the quality of production, which provides preferably references for the designs of other preparation control systems.
