介绍了由西门子S7-300PLC和工业PC机组成的热浸镀模拟试验机计算机控制系统的硬件配置和软件组成,重点讨论了应用WinCC对设备的监控功能。实践表明,系统稳定可靠,为产品的质量控制和优化调度管理提供了有力的工具。
This paper gives an introduction to the hardware and software configuration with Siemens S7-300 PLC and industrial PC of hot-dip galvanizing simulator control system. Application of Win CC to monitor and control the simulator is described in detail. This control system is steady and credible proved by experience and good for controlling product quality and optimizing schedule management.
