内燃机车逐步实现“状态修”的探讨

摘要 随着机车的更新换代及其配件质量的提高,机车使用寿命相对延长。1993年在这个基础上根据DF4型机车的实际状态实行弹性公里检修,延长了走行公里数,降低了检修率,为1993年铁道部修改段修规程创造了条件。除延长了走行公里外,还减少了检修范围和延长了机油更换周期,同时通过科技兴路,不断完善检测手段,加强了机车主要部件的检测,积累了检测数据,为机车实现状态修打下基础。 With the improvement of locomotive quality,the service life of locomtive is longer than before.Based on this achievement,DF_4 locomotives realised flexiable mileage repair according to the real status in 1993.In this way,the running mileage was extended and the repair rate was also be reduced.This created favourable conditions for modifing the regulations for repair and inspection in depot in 1993.In (addition) to extending the running mileage,the scope of repair was reduced and the oil drain intervals are extended.With the development of detection technology,the detection for main parts can be enhanced and this will lay the foundation of realising locomotive repair according to its status.
