摘要
研究了用Al Zr(CO3 ) 2 体系熔体反应法制备 (Al3 Zr +Al2 O3 ) P/Al复合材料的反应机理。SEM分析显示 ,反应生成的颗粒细小 ,且在基体中弥散分布。冶金热力学原理分析认为 :Al Zr(CO3 ) 2 体系在熔体中能自发反应生成Al3 Zr和Al2 O3 颗粒 ,XRD分析结果和熔体温度随时间的变化关系得到了证实。快速水淬试样SEM分析的结果表明 ,反应按反应 扩散 破裂动力学机制进行。用反应原理图描述了该动力学机制 ,为其建立了数学模型 。
the reaction mechanism of (Al_3Zr+Al_2O_3)_P/Al melt system to prepare composites was researched. SEM analysis indicated that the particles forming were fine and distributed uniform in matrix. Those particles were formed through metallurgic reaction which was revealed by thermodynamic principles in Al-Zr(CO_3)_2 system. This results were also concluded by the experimental of XRD analysis.
