摘要
研制一种新型的钢结硬质合金———电冶熔铸钢结硬质合金 ,对其进行热处理试验。结果表明 ,该合金具有良好的热处理性能 ,而且热处理可以有效地改善合金原始态中不良的组织结构 ,经淬火与回火处理后 ,合金的力学性能有较大幅度的提高。
A new type of steel bonded carbide——electro-slag melting and casting steel bonded carbide was studied and made, and the heat treatment test of his alloy was undertaken. The results show that this alloy has a good property of heat treatment, and some bed structures in primary alloy can be improved through heat treatment. The mechanical property of this alloy has been increased after hardening and tempering. Electroslag melting and casting steel bonded carbide as a new type of hard steel and die material has large develop potential.
