摘要
针对广州钢铁集团公司热电厂中速磨煤机磨辊使用寿命较短的情况 ,分析磨辊的磨损失效机理 ,提出适合磨辊使用工况的选材依据 ,试制一种新型高硬度高铬铸铁磨辊 ,宏观硬度 62~ 64HRC。结果表明 ,该铸铁抗磨损性能优异 ,其磨辊使用寿命提高 1.6~
In view of the problem of short service life of rollers for coal pulverizers in the thermoelectric plant in Guangzhou iron and steel company, the wear and failure mechanism was analyzed, and the principle to select the material suitable for the service conditions of rollers was suggested. Then a new type of high Cr cast iron rollers with high hardness have been studied and produced. The result shows that the experiment cast iron has super abrasion resistance and the cast iron rollers have higher service life.
