彩钝膜结合力差是钾盐镀锌一个常见的故障。分析了镀锌彩钝膜结合力差的原因,并提出了解决办法,包括严格执行镀锌彩钝工艺操作条件及工艺流程、加强镀后各道工序清洗以及严格控制光亮剂的添加。
The adhension of color passivate films being poor is one common trouble in kali salt zinc plating . The reasons of poor adhension for the color passivate films were analyzed, and the corresponding solutions were also promoted, including complying with the operation conditions and process flow severely,strengthening rinse steps after plating and controlling brightener addition severely.
