摘要
通过多年电铸工艺经验 ,总结出一套操作简便、生产成本低、生产效率高、可得到广泛应用的电铸工艺技术。介绍了电铸芯模材料与制造的要求 ,以及该电铸工艺流程与工艺规范 。
A simple-operation, low-cost and high-efficiency technology of electroforming was summarized after years of experience on electroforming. The technology is promising to be applied widely. The requirements for materials and preparation of electroforming core modules, and the flow and specifications of the process were introduced. Some points that should be noticed in electroforming were pointed out.
