光学晶体材料的各向异性对金刚石车削表面粗糙度的影响 被引量:1

摘要 单晶脆性光学晶体材料是各向异性材料 ,在进行切削加工时 ,已加工表面的粗糙度将随晶向的变化发生改变。本文研究了金刚石超精密切削加工单晶材料时已加工表面粗糙度的变化规律 ,提出了解理面上的正应力与滑移面沿滑移向上的剪应力哪一个占主导地位正是加工表面的粗糙度呈各向异性分布的原因。最后 ,本文通过对单晶Ge (110 )晶面、 (111) The single crystal brittle optics materials are the a ni sotropic material. While cut in process, the machined surface roughness changes with the changes of crystal orientations. We researches on the change laws of th e machined surface roughness in diamond turning of single crystal optical materi al in the paper,we points out the reason of anisotropic distribution of machined surface roughness that the anisotropy of machined surface roughness is due to t he normal stress on the cleavage plane and the shear stress along the direction of slip on the slip plane. Finally, we validates the theories that put forward f rom this paper by diamond turning of (110) crystal plane, (111) crystal plane of single crystal Ge.
