双金属钯催化剂上CO气相偶联制草酸酯的研究 被引量:15

摘要  在固定床反应器中对钯系催化剂上CO气相催化偶联制草酸二乙酯和草酸二甲酯的空时收率、选择性和CO的转化率进行了实验研究。结果表明在双金属钯催化剂上,草酸二甲酯的空时收率高于草酸二乙酯的空时收率。在亚硝酸酯与CO进料摩尔比为1∶1时,生成草酸二甲酯的最佳反应温度为130℃,生成草酸二乙酯的最佳反应温度为120℃。并对亚硝酸酯在该催化剂上的分解规律进行了实验研究。 The synthesis of dimethyl oxalate (DMO) and diethyl oxalate (DEO) by CO coupling reaction in gaseous phase over the supported palladium catalysts was investigated. The space-time yield and selectivity of oxalate, as well as the conversion of CO were measured. The results indicated that the space time yield of DMO was higher than that of DEO over the supported palladium catalysts. The optimum temperature for DMO was 130℃ and that for DEO was 120℃ respectively when the mole ratio of methyl nitrite (or ethyl nitrite) and CO was 1∶1.
