摘要
本文在分析了近年来讨论较多的几种人力资源价值计量模式后,通过问卷调查,找出最能影 响制造业企业四类人员价值的因素,对这些因素进行加工处理后,得到一个评价人力资源价值的参考值。
The article first analyzes several methods of measurement of human resource value which have been discussed in recent years. We analyze the data from the questionnaire, and find the most effective factors on human resource value in manufacture. We analyze these factors and get a reference value to evaluate the human resource value.
