摘要
通过建筑工程造价形成的客观规律,从建筑市场招投标实行工程量清单计价的客观要求及企业自身生存发展的需要,阐述建立企业定额的特点、作用、原则、构成及编制思路。
According to the objective law of cost formation of construction engineering, and for satisfying the objective requirement of executing list of quantities pricing and the need of surviving and development of enterprises, this paper expounds the characteristics, function, principle, and contents of establishment of enterprise′s quota, and way of thinking in compilation of enterprise′s quota.
