摘要
为了提高装载机工作装置的整体性能,利用机械系统动力学仿真分析软件ADAMS对反转六杆机构工作装置进行了动力学仿真分析,并采用正交试验的理论和方法对其进行了综合优化设计。研究表明:利用ADAMS软件对装载机工作装置进行动力学仿真具有建模简单、控制容易、动作准确、可视性强、分析全面、编程量少等优点。结合使用正交实验规划方法,可以在较大范围内综合考虑机构与工艺等方面的要求,从而获得综合优化的设计方案,能够适应企业对产品进行局部更新或全新设计的需要。
In order to improve performances of the working device of the loader, the dynamic simulation about the six-rod reversing mechanism was carried out using the software ADAMS, and the comprehensive optimum design with the theories and methods of the orthogonal experiment was also finished. The research showed that the dynamic siulation had many merits, such as the simple model, the easy control, the exact action, the strong visual effect, the comprehensive analysis, the few programs and so on. Using the theories and methods of the orthogonal experiment can consider the requests of the mechanism and the technics in a large range, so comprehensive optimum design fits the requests of the part renewal or the whole design of the products of the enterprises.
