省煤器磨损及防磨措施和膜式省煤器的应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对省煤器的磨损问题,分析了锅炉省煤器磨损的主要原因。提出早期的磨损主要受飞灰的浓度和性质、烟气流速以及烟气走廊的影响,并阐述了烟气流速和磨损的关系以及烟气走廊形成的原因。可采取阻力栅、板、拓宽烟道,加宽管束横向节距,以及增设管束节距定位板和加强运行管理及维护等措施降低磨损。并就近年来膜式省煤器的设计、安装与运行提出建议与要求,认为采用膜式省煤器使省煤器的布置更加合理。 In light of the problem of wear of coal saver, the primary wear causes of coal saver was explained. The density and property of ash,velocity of ash and smoke corridor etc. were main effected on early wear. The relation of velocity of ash and wear and forming of smoke corridor were also analysed. Preventive measures are given by obstructive fence,board,widening smoke path,increasing distance of pipes in crosswise,adding oriental board and enhancing manage or maintenance etc. Moreover the improvement of membranous coal saver was put forward by designing,equipping and running. Membranous coal saver is more in reason.
