在分析了市场预测、产品平台、产品族、客户需求和产品之间的关系,以及产品族设计与大规模定制之间的关系的基础上,提出了以产品平台和客户化设计为主线的大规模定制设计新思路,并对两个关键环节进行了详细分析。
After analyzed the relationships among market forecast, product platform, product family, customer requirement and product, as well as the relation between product family design and MC, a new methodology to realize real MC based on the product platform and customization is presented. The two critical contents are also demonstrated in detail.
