The Engineering Application of 6σ Methodology

摘要 介绍了产品质量改进和新产品设计中实施6σ技术的基本步骤,着重论述产品缺陷和缺陷机会、产品产出合格率、过程能力指数设计以及不稳定指数分析等重要概念。基于6σ技术所建立的以统计学为理论基础包括数据测量与处理、问题分析与改进、过程控制与优化的科学系统,指出了6σ实施过程中应充分运用各种质量控制工具、建立有效的检测系统、确立失效模式及效应分析和制定过程控制计划等技术要点。 The performing phases and steps of six-sigma methodology in improving products quality and designing new products are introduced. The concepts of defect definition, defect opportunity, product eligibility, process capability indexes design and instability index (St) analysis are described emphatically. According to the six-sigma system which bases on statistics in theory that include data measurement and treatment, problem analysis and improvement,process control and optimization, this paper proposed the technique points in six-sigma process, such as the application of quality control tools, establishment of measurement system, failure mode and effects analysis, as well as determination of the control plans.
